The Website Weekend · 19–20 September · Ipswich Town FC
Two days at Ipswich Town Football Club. You build it yourself, using AI, and go home with a site that's live and bringing in work. No coding. No agency. No waiting on the lad who's stopped answering.
£1,170 · 19–20 September at Ipswich Town Football Club · fifteen seats.
The weekend starts in — doors 9:00, Saturday 19 September
Strictly 15 seats — when they're gone, they're gone.
The problem
It was built a few years back, the number on it might even be wrong, and you've been meaning to sort it since about 2021. It's not that you're lazy. It's that the website is never the urgent thing. There's always a job on, a quote to get out, an invoice to chase at nine at night.
And there's the other thing you don't say out loud at a networking breakfast. Everyone's banging on about AI, and you've quietly not got on board. You had a go on ChatGPT once, got a load of waffle back, thought is that it, and never went back.
Here's the truth of it. You didn't fail at AI. Nobody ever showed you what it looks like pointed at your actual business. And the website hasn't got done because there's never been a weekend where it was the only thing you had to do.
That's the weekend I've built.
What you get
Two of us in the room the whole time, me on the tech and Halstead on the business side. You are not sat watching slides. You are building.
Not a draft you'll finish next week. Not a folder of notes. A real site, on the internet, with your own domain pointed at it, before you go home. By lunchtime on the Sunday you should have a live working website.
A priced offer on the page, an enquiry form that asks the right question up front, and one follow-up that fires the minute someone gets in touch. For the trades and letting agents, that means enquiries you weren't getting before. For the pubs, cafés, salons and therapists, the bookings come in without the phone going all day while you work.
You built it, so you can update it on a Tuesday night without ringing anyone. No more waiting six weeks for someone to change your opening hours.
The whole thing written down, so you can do it again for the next idea without me in the room.
What we'll actually do
No mystery about how the time gets spent. Here's the shape of the weekend. You're building from the first morning — the slides are kept to a minimum and the doing is the point.
Saturday 19 September — build day
Doors, coffee, where you're starting fromWe look at what you've got (or haven't) and pick the one job your site has to do.
AI, pointed at your businessSet up and doing real work on your actual trade by mid-morning — not theory, not waffle.
Your offer, in your own wordsThe priced offer that goes on the page, written so a visitor knows exactly what they're buying.
Lunch, on usProper break, fed at the club.
Build the siteYour domain, your pages, your photos — it takes shape in front of you through the afternoon.
The enquiry form & first follow-upSet up so a lead can't slip through the cracks.
Your Saturday build listThe short list to finish over dinner, ready for go-live tomorrow.
The Q&A dinner with Paul & HalsteadSit down, eat, and get everything unstuck before day two.
Sunday 20 September — go-live day
Coffee & the overnight listWe pick up where you got to and unstick anything from last night.
Your domain goes liveWe point your own web address at the site and get it on the internet.
Make it do a jobThe follow-up automation and the enquiry flow tested end to end, for real.
Lunch — and by now you're liveA working website with your name on it, before the afternoon.
The systems, set up in your VaultThe 100+ prompt library and the five-day sprint, ready for you to keep going with.
Do it again without usRun the method yourself on a second thing, so you know it wasn't us doing it for you.
Your 30-day plan & your call bookedLeave with a plan and your one-to-one call already in the diary.
Times are a guide — we flex to the room, but the promise is fixed: live and working before you leave.
Everything else that comes with your place
Most training ends when you walk out. This one is built to keep working the week after, and the month after that. Here's what comes with the two days — all included in the £1,170, nothing to add on.
★ Saturday night · included
Fifteen of you, the two of us, and a proper sit-down meal at the club on the Saturday evening. This is where the real questions come out — the ones you don't ask in a room full of slides. It's part social, part mastermind: you get both of us across the table, the other people in the room to compare notes with, and every sticking point cleared before go-live day.
By the end of dinner you've a plan for tomorrow and a table of people building the same thing you are.
Your own members' area, yours for good. Every prompt, tool walkthrough and system from the weekend written up and kept current — so when you go to build the next thing, the whole method is sat there waiting. New material lands in it over time and you keep getting it, no extra charge.
Over a hundred prompts that grade their own answers before you ever see them, so you never face a blank chat box again. Sales emails, quotes, job descriptions, social posts, customer replies — pick the one you need and it's already tuned to do the job properly.
A day-by-day sprint built for one thing: your first sale within a week of leaving the room. Not more learning — a checklist that turns the site you built into money on the table.
Most of this sticks in week three, not on the training day. You get Paul on a call a month on to sort whatever's come up — a real check-in, not a sales pitch.
The room
We run it in a proper hospitality room at Ipswich Town FC — a real place with a bit of occasion to it, not a beige conference box off a ring road. It's the sort of room that makes the weekend feel like the event it is.
Easy to reach off the A14, parking sorted, and central enough that if you're travelling in it's a straightforward run.
Who's running it
I'm not going to call myself an AI expert. I'll tell you what I run and let you make your own mind up.
Twenty-five years self-employed in IT. I build my own apps and write my own code. I run investment software, landlord compliance, a wedding venue, a café, drone services and property, and every one of them has AI built into how it works. Everything I teach on the weekend got tested on my own businesses first.
My old school re-employed me to run their IT after I'd left. That was the start of it. Companies and schools after that, then a degree round the back of it.
And I'm not the only one in the room.
Over 35 years in property, including building buy-to-let and HMO serviced-accommodation portfolios and mentoring others to grow their own. Alongside that, nearly two decades as a personal trainer and karate instructor for a charity, and 15 years building a network marketing business, mentoring people to sizeable results there too. Across all three, the common thread is the same: spotting what's actually holding someone back, solving the real problem, and helping them build something that lasts.
That's the lens Halstead brings to this weekend. Not AI as a tech specialist, but someone who's spent 35+ years helping people cut through complexity, solve problems and grow, whether that's a property portfolio, a fitness goal, or a business. AI is just the newest tool for doing that, and the point is to actually use it, practically, to get results, not just talk about it in theory.

A brochure site from a designer runs about the same, and you don't own the skill afterwards. Here you get the site and the ability to never need a web designer again. Work out what one job is worth to you, then decide — it's your arithmetic, done at your kitchen table, not a promise off a slide.
Turn up both days, do the build list, and if your site still isn't live when you leave on the Sunday, I carry on with you at no charge until it is. Evenings, remote, whatever it takes.
The catch, said out loud. This only works if you turn up for both days and do the Saturday evening build list. If you duck out after dinner, the Sunday promise breaks. I'd rather tell you that now than take your money and watch it not land.
The real objections
Fifteen seats, two of us in the room, and we go step by step. You do not need to know how any of it works. We'll hold your hand through it. The one bar: if you can't confidently use email and a browser, this isn't the room for you.
It is. But a brochure site from a designer costs about the same, and you walk away from that with a site and no skill. Here you get both. The honest version: the price only makes sense if you turn up both days and do the evening build list. If you're going to duck out on the Saturday night, don't book.
Fair, because that's what's happened before — the web designer who took a deposit and went quiet, the Squarespace trial still sat there half-built. The difference here is you don't leave the room until it's live. Live working site by lunchtime on the Sunday, and if that doesn't happen you've got me in front of you to say so.
No. This educates your team, it doesn't replace them. The point is to take the admin off your plate and give you back the time, not to swap people out for a machine.
