Terms, refunds and cancellations

The short version. Cancel an in-person course up to 14 days before it starts and you get every penny back. After that you can't have a refund, but you can move to a later date. Prices are what you pay: we're not VAT registered, so there's no VAT to add.

In-person courses

This covers The 2-Day AI Intensive, Business Hub Dashboard and Let AI Run the Day-to-Day, each £3,495 (or the webinar price, if you were given it).

Up to 14 days before day one: email us and we'll refund you in full, back to the card you paid with. For the 31 October 2026 courses, that means by the end of Saturday 17 October.
Less than 14 days before: no refund, but you can move your place to the next date we run that course, once, at no charge.
Can't make it? You can also send someone from your business in your place. Just tell us their name before the day.
If we cancel or move a date, you choose: a full refund, or a place on the new date.

Lunch on both days and the Saturday evening dinner are included. Please tell us about allergies or dietary needs when you book.

Half-Day Deep Dive and Implementation Day

Same rule. Cancel up to 14 days before your booked date for a full refund. Inside 14 days, we'll move your date instead.

Short courses (£139)

These are online and you get access straight away. By buying, you agree that access starts immediately. The law says that ends your right to change your mind about digital content. Even so, if a short course isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you.

Webinars and free material

Free. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of each one.

What we promise, and what we don't

We teach you how to use AI tools in your own business, and we help you build things in the room. What you build and how you use it is up to you. AI tools can get things wrong, so check anything that matters before you rely on it: prices, legal wording, allergens, tax. Some tools we use have their own subscriptions, which you pay the tool provider for.
