How it runs
Saturday 31 October and Sunday 1 November 2026 at Ipswich Town Football Club, Portman Road, Ipswich, IP1 2DA. Nobody builds someone else's business. All three in-person courses run side by side in one room, up to 15 people on each. Paul and Halstead move between the tables all day, keeping everyone moving and unsticking whoever gets stuck. Lunch both days and Saturday evening dinner are included. Dinner is 7pm for drinks, 7:30pm start.
Owner-managers of cafés, shops, salons and trades who answer the enquiries themselves and do the admin at night.
Anyone wanting a business that runs itself from a beach. Agents draft and prepare; you read and decide. Nothing here needs code.
A laptop with the Claude desktop app and a paid Claude plan (check the current plan page before the course). A Hub from Business Hub Dashboard, or you set up a minimal one in the first lesson. A pre-course checklist covers the logins and files to bring.
