How it runs
Two full days at Ipswich Town Football Club, Portman Road, Ipswich, IP1 2DA. Nobody builds someone else's business and nobody waits on anyone. All three in-person courses run side by side in one room, up to 15 people on each. Paul and Halstead move between the tables all day, keeping everyone moving and unsticking whoever gets stuck.

Anyone wanting software written for them. Nothing here needs code, and nothing is built for you: you build it, with help. It won't replace your till, your accounts or your booking system.
A laptop with the Claude desktop app and a paid Claude plan that lets you connect a folder. Plans change, so check the current plan page before the course, and ask Paul if you're unsure. A Google account or Excel, and logins for your till and business bank.
Your price list or a photo of the board, opening hours, the paper folder with anything that has a renewal date, allergen records if you sell food, any written procedures, your logo, and a few things you've written to customers. Messy is fine. You'll get a checklist when you book.
